We hate fake items just as much as you do! That is why we sell 100% genuine products and ONLY 100% genuine products.
What is "Pandora's Paw of Approval"?
Pandora is our French bulldog pup that we love and spoil to no end. She has some very, we'll say "select" tastes when it comes to what she likes. This led us to think our customers could benefit from her expertise in fine doggy pampering for the special four legged ones in their lives. So whenever you see her little pink paw you know she approves. Go on look at the pet spa items, she wants you to. We use Pandora's ideas and suggestions all the time in fact she even wrote some of our FAQ page responses.
Is your site secure?
You bet it is! Since paypal is used when giving your payment info, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available)
I don't see a particular fragrance I am looking for...?
If you do not see a certain fragrance you are looking for, send us an email! We will be happy to help you!
OrderingWhat forms of payment do you accept?
We are currently accepting Google Checkout and money orders. You can use any of your major credit cards when using paypal and you do NOT have to sign up for a paypal account in order to use them. They are little tricksters, so don't let them fool you into thinking you need one ;) On the paypal payment screen the option to pay without an account will be on the left hand side.
What happens when an item I order is unavailable or backordered?
Oh the dreaded backordered item! We have a no hassle policy and we try VERY VERY hard to remove any items that are currently on backorder but one might occasionally slip through the cracks. In the event that an item is on backorder, you will be notified and that item will be refunded promptly! You will NOT be charged for an item that does not make it in your box of goodies!
Do you collect sales tax?
We only collect sales tax for those that will be getting their items shipped to the great state of New Jersey.
What do I do when I have to make a change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it automatically begins its journey to your doorstep so unfortunately once an order is submitted there is a very small window for doing this. Any changes must be submitted in writing within 1 hour of placing the order. We will then try our best to accommodate your change or cancellation.
ShippingHow much are your shipping fees?
Our shipping fee is a base rate of $5.95 and $0.50 for each additional item.
Free Shipping is offered for orders over $100 !
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we are only shipping to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
What shipping methods do you use?
We are currently using USPS Priority Mail for shipping within the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once an order is placed, we begin to process it. Ordered generally get shipped within 1-2 Business Days (Monday - Friday & excluding holiday) Once the actual order has been shipped the actual delivery time can range from 2-5 Business Days depending on your location. Please allow a few additional days for Hawaii and Alaska.
ReturnsWhat is your return policy?
Because of the nature of the products we offer we can only accept returns for items that are unopened and unused. Please email us with any issues that you may have and we will be happy to work out a solution for the both of us.
Who pays for the shipping charges in the event of a return?
We don't like to admit that we make mistakes, but sometimes we do so In the event that we make a mistake, we will happily cover any shipping charges :) If you would like to make a return or exchange, the buyer will unfortunately be responsible for all shipping charges incurred with the purchase. This includes the original shipping fees from the purchase and the shipping fees to return the product back to us.
